In using this website and purchasing our package services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

All services provided by Global Media Biz Inc, may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the State of Florida in Broward County and any applicable federal laws of United States of America apply.
Client guarantees that all elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artworks provided to Global Media Biz Inc, are owned by client, or that client has received permission from the rightful owner(s) to use each of the elements, and will hold harmless, protect and defend Global Media Biz Inc, and its employees, contractors, associate or partners from any liability or suit arising from the use of such elements.
In no event shall “Global Media Biz Inc,” be liable to the client for any direct or indirect, consequential or incidental damages, performance or non-performance arising in any manner from using our services
Use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying of music, book, photographs, and any other copyrighted work including service marks, trade secrets, software piracy, and patents held by individuals, corporations, or other entities, engaging in activity that violates privacy, publicity, or other personal rights of others.
The materials provided on our website are created and distributed as-is, without warranty of any kind. Global Media Biz Inc, may make changes to the materials contained on its website at anytime without notice.
Global Media Biz Inc, reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and material that, in our judgment, is obscene or threatening or is prohibited, and will remove the materials from our servers with or without notice.
Any site with child pornography or linking to child pornography will be suspended and reported to authorities immediately without notice.
It is prohibited to engage in activities that are determined to be illegal, including fraudulently charging credit cards, and pirating software.
Spamming is prohibited, Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial emails using our network over the Internet (known as “Spamming”).
Obscene Speech or Materials are prohibited Using Global Media Biz Inc, network, to advertise, transmit, store, post and/or display of such content.
Client agrees not to attack or criticize “Global Media Biz Inc,” and any of its employees, associate or partner publicly on public forums, blogs, social networks, and any other way at any time during and after termination of use of our services.
It is prohibited to engage in activities, whether lawful or unlawful, that Global Media Biz Inc. determines to be harmful to its Clients, Subscribers, operations, reputation, goodwill, or customer relations.
Client accept responsibility for collection costs, finance charges, court costs, fines, miscellaneous expenses and all legal fees involved in all litigations against Global Media Biz Inc, its employees, associates and partners.
Client agrees that all payments made to Global Media Biz Inc, are final and non-refundable. Client agrees not to request a refund or charge back from their financial institution or from “Global Media Biz Inc,” for any payment made for the services offered on this website.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless “global media Biz Inc,” and any of its employees, contractors, associate or partners from any claims resulting from the use of our services.
Global Media Biz Inc, reserve the right to change, update or replace any part of these Termsand conditions of Service pages, periodically. It is client responsibility to checkthis page periodically for latest update.

Website Support Plans: Maintenance, Updates & Backup

Service plans are highly recommended, in order to maintain the proper functionality of your website and in a timely manner.

Website update plan includes the website’s content removal or additions, updating pictures, videos, text, gallery, banners, sliders, plugins, themes and activities. Damages caused by clients using website’s admin panel are not included under this plan.
Website maintenance plan includes troubleshooting the general website’s functionality, website errors, removing unnecessary programs, images, pictures, sliders, graphics, forms, plugins, themes, links, security causing functionality issues or email access and functionality issues. Damages caused by clients using website’s admin panel are not included under this plan.
Backup plan includes the necessary steps to restore your website. If your site crashes and needs to be restored, it may get restored to a previous version. Global Media Biz Inc cannot guarantee 100% recovery, or how quickly your website will be restored, as every website’s structure & content are different. Most websites are usually restored within 48 hours of request.

Service plans cannot be shared or re-sold to any third party.
Service Plans are limited to 30 minutes work per month. Unused time does not roll over to the next month. Service plans time is strictly month to month.
Additional fees are required if the task exceed the 30 minutes time allotted. Client will be notified regarding additional fee approval before proceeding.
In case of a service plan cancellation, there will be no refund for unused time of the service (monthly or yearly).
Service plan cancellation notices must be received by Global Media Biz Inc, by email, 30 days prior to the billing cycle date. Client is responsible for obtaining the confirmation of the cancellation.
Websites functionality is complex including the structures, features, plugins, programming codes, compatibility, server limitations, speed, security, browsers compatibility, bandwidth and other factors. Global Media Biz Inc, will do its best to fix or recover the website but accept no liability in case of permanent loss or damages of the website and cannot be held responsible of such result arising from using our service plans, in performing to repair or recover your website.
Global Media biz will not be responsible for Customer’s website(s) that became compromised, hacked, defaced or infected. Recovery or repair of Customer’s website is not guaranteed.

Account Transfer Tech Support Fees:
Global Media Biz shall charge a $150.00 tech support fee for account transfer related tasks ( time spent on communications, preparation, coordination and support of the transition ).

10. Client agrees that all fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential and will not be release to anyone or third parties without written consent from Global Media Biz Inc.
11. It is prohibited to engage in activities, whether lawful or unlawful, that Global Media Biz Inc determines to be harmful to its Clients, Subscribers, operations, reputation, goodwill, or customer relations.
12. Failure to respond to communication emails from our Administration within 7 days may result in the suspension or termination of your services. Maintenance only includes the necessary steps to troubleshoot a websites’ functionality problem. If your site crashes and needs to be restored, it may get restored to a previous version, but only at Global Media biz own discretion. Global Media Biz Inc cannot guarantee 100% recovery, or how quickly your website will be restored, as every website, structure and content is different. Most websites are usually restored within 48 hours.
13. Database, email, website updates and site backups are not included and may be provided for a fee, upon request.
14. Daily website monitoring and damages caused by clients using website’s admin panel are not included under maintenance.
15. Client agrees and understands that Global Media Biz Inc does not provide Speculative design work or result based design fees structure. The design taste is subjective and client must still pay for the design work as scheduled under this agreement.
16. Global Media Biz Inc, reserves the rights to make adjustments or modifications to any technical aspects in order to create the highest level of functionality for the website.
17. All graphic artwork, design, programming, copyright, domains and source code files supplied by Global Media Biz Inc are the sole property of Global Media Biz Inc and may only be released to client for additional fees.
18. Global Media Biz Inc, services are prepaid and required, in order to begin working on a project. Client agrees to make all payments as scheduled and acknowledge that unpaid invoices may result in the deactivation of the website which is then subject to a re-activation fee.
19. The Client agrees that all payments are final and non-refundable. Client agrees not to request a refund or charge back from their financial institution or from Global Media Biz Inc, for any payment made under this agreement.
20. Client accept responsibility for collection costs, finance charges, court costs, fines, miscellaneous expenses and all legal fees involved in all litigations against Global Media Biz Inc, its employees, associates and partners.
21. Payments plans are due and must be received as scheduled. A $50.00 late fees pr month will apply to each payment received after due dates.
22. Client will be responsible for a $36 NSF return check fee or declined credit card payment, and an additional $35 admin recovery fee.
23. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Global Media Biz Inc, and any of its employees, contractors, associate or partners from any claims resulting from the use of our services.
24. Clients agree that the website will remain live on the World Wide Web only when monthly fees are fully paid in time.
